CADD & Survey Team Management
- Lead and coordinate CADD Engineers, Draftsmen and Survey Teams.
- Allocate daily work and monitor project schedules and deliverables.
- Review survey data and drawings before final submission.
- Guide junior CADD Engineers and Surveyors on technical issues.
- Coordinate between field survey teams and office drafting teams.
Pipeline & Irrigation Drawings
- Prepare pipeline alignment drawings, strip plans and route maps.
- Prepare Longitudinal Sections (L-Sections), Cross Sections and Profiles.
- Prepare road, railway, canal, river and utility crossing details.
- Prepare layouts for MS, HDPE and PVC pipeline networks.
- Incorporate engineering design levels, gradients and field survey information into drawings.
Survey Data Processing
- Process and verify field data received from Total Station and DGPS/GNSS surveys.
- Prepare topographical drawings, contours, Digital Terrain Models and coordinate-based layouts.
- Identify and resolve coordinate, datum, level and alignment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with survey teams whenever additional field verification is required.
As-Built Documentation
- Prepare accurate As-Built Drawings based on actual executed site conditions.
- Incorporate pipeline locations, levels, valves, joints, crossings and other installed assets.
- Compare approved/design drawings with executed conditions.
- Prepare deviation/change drawings and final reconciliation documentation.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and submission records.
Client & Project Coordination
- Act as a technical point of contact for assigned projects.
- Attend client discussions regarding survey, alignment and drawing requirements.
- Understand project scope and convert client requirements into clear tasks for the technical team.
- Coordinate drawing submissions, revisions, approvals and final deliverables.
- Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Quotations & Commercial Support
- Study enquiries, BOQs, tender documents and scope requirements.
- Estimate survey manpower, field duration, drafting effort and other project requirements.
- Assist management in preparing technical and commercial quotations.
- Identify additional scope and variations during project execution.
- Maintain project quantity and commercial calculation sheets using Excel.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
