Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively use google calendar and meetings to coordinate with stakeholders
- Maintain staff salary records and salary sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage HR administrative work, including employee documentation, attendance records, onboarding paperwork, and other HR-related activities.
- Handle recruitment and hiring as and when new roles arise, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain employee database and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration
- Experience in maintaining salary sheets and HR documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
