Customer Experience Manager (CXM)
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer journey throughout the vehicle buying process. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, relationship management, feedback handling, and maintaining dealership service standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery
Handle customer feedback, concerns, and escalations effectively
Coordinate with sales, service, and CRM teams to maintain customer satisfaction
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Conduct customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities
Monitor dealership processes and ensure compliance with company standards
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvement initiatives
Support customer retention and loyalty programs
Prepare customer satisfaction reports and performance reviews
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, CRM, or automobile sales operations preferred
Good problem-solving and customer handling abilities
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
