Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Go (Golang) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
