Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kavuri hills, Hyderabad, 500033
Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate Sales team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to engage with prospective clients using company-provided leads, build relationships, and successfully schedule office visits where clients can receive detailed project presentations from the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using the leads and phone numbers provided by the company.
- Understand the client's investment requirements and generate interest in Q9's commercial real estate projects.
- Explain the basic project highlights, investment benefits, and rental income opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS in a professional and timely manner.
- Convince interested clients to visit the Q9 office for a detailed presentation and discussion.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office visits with the sales management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and office visit targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, General Manager, and Directors regarding scheduled client meetings.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and persuade clients professionally.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, real estate, banking, insurance, or customer service is an added advantage.

- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Number of meaningful client conversations.
- Number of follow-ups completed.
- Number of office visits scheduled.
- Number of clients who visit the office.
- Conversion of office visits into bookings (as applicable).
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly off as per company policy.
