Job Summary
The B pharm Executive is responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining patient documentation related to hospital admissions, insurance processing, and billing. The role ensures that all required forms and patient details are accurately recorded and submitted to the appropriate departments for smooth hospital operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect and verify patient information such as name, age, gender, address, and contact details.
- Check and verify supporting documents such as ID proof, insurance card, and admission documents.
- Enter patient and B pharm details into the Hospital Information System (HIS) or hospital software.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of patient forms and records.
- Coordinate with front office, nursing staff, billing department, and insurance desk for document processing.
- Assist in insurance / TPA documentation and pre-authorization process when required.
- Follow up for incomplete forms or missing documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information according to hospital policies.
- Provide guidance to patients or attendants regarding form filling and required documents.
- Willing to work in night shift
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, hospital software)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Basic understanding of hospital admission
Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in hospital documentation or front office preferred.
