Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive – Outbound Research to join our CRM team. This role focuses on engaging directly with customers to gather meaningful feedback on product experience and overall brand interaction. The insights derived from these conversations will play a key role in enhancing our products and refining the customer journey. Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to understand their product experience and satisfaction
- Gather detailed feedback on fragrance, texture, packaging, usability, and overall product performance
- Capture and document customer insights accurately within CRM systems
- Identify recurring concerns, preferences, and improvement areas
- Support post-purchase feedback initiatives, NPS/CSAT calls, and research campaigns
- Share structured feedback and insights with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and CX
- Ensure every interaction reflects a warm, premium, and customer-first brand voice
Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- A customer-first mindset with excellent listening and probing ability
- Ability to handle conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting
- Interest in consumer behavior, product feedback, and customer experience
- Prior exposure to customer interaction / calling roles is an advantage
