Inside Sales Executive - Edtech

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales counseling or inside sales, with a passion for education technology and helping students achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media).
- Sales Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students regarding our Edtech solutions, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads, addressing queries and nurturing relationships to convert them into enrolled students.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales counseling or inside sales, preferably in the Edtech industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
