Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices, bills, and related documentation accurately and timely.
- Manage daily billing activities and maintain billing records.
- Handle cash collections and ensure proper cash management procedures.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and billing reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for billing-related queries and resolutions.
- Update accounting entries in Tally and maintain financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports.
- Assist in account closing activities and support the Accounts team as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts, Billing, or Finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and reconciliations accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- Candidates with relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in billing, invoicing, cash handling, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially Tally.
- Organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial transactions responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
