We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skin Trainer to join our beauty academy. The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of skin care and will be responsible for training students, guiding them through both basic and advanced techniques, and ensuring they gain professional-level expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical sessions on various skin care treatments and techniques.
- Mentor and guide students to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and products in the skin care industry.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in skin care with strong theoretical & practical skills.
- 1–3 years of experience as a trainer or skin care professional.
- Certification or diploma in skin care, cosmetology, or dermatology (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
