Job Summary
Oxion Builders is looking for a creative and enthusiastic 2D & 3D Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about architectural design, drafting, and 3D visualization. The selected candidate will assist in creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in creating interior and exterior design presentations.
- Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand design specifications.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements.
- Support the preparation of design presentations and project documentation.
- Maintain organized design files and records.
- Participate in site visits when required.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other 3D design software is an added advantage.
- Understanding of construction drawings and design concepts.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
