Position: Floor Manager
Location: EDUMART Hypermarket, Calicut
Are you passionate about retail, customer service, and team leadership? EDUMART Hypermarket is looking for a dynamic and confident Floor Manager to lead our sales floor and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in retail operations (hypermarket/supermarket experience preferred)
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage)
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Professional appearance and confident personality
Working Hours:
As per store operational schedule
Salary & Benefits:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
