Hiring: Sr. Ticketing Executive – Domestic & International Flights

About the Role
Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Ticketing Executive to join our growing Operations Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of airline ticketing, GDS systems, fare construction, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Domestic & International flight bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance.
- Work efficiently on Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
- Search and issue the lowest available fares while ensuring compliance with airline fare rules.
- Interpret and apply airline fare policies, baggage rules, cancellation, refund, and reissue policies.
- Coordinate with consolidators, airline suppliers, and API partners to obtain competitive fares and resolve ticketing issues.
- Manage group bookings and complex itineraries.
- Resolve ticketing escalations and provide quick solutions to the Sales and Operations teams.
- Maintain high booking accuracy and ensure timely ticket issuance.
- Stay updated with airline circulars, fare changes, and industry policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–8+ years of experience in Airline Ticketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Airline fare rules & fare construction
- Lowest fare search techniques
- Airline refund, cancellation & reissue policies
- Supplier and consolidator handling
- Domestic & International ticketing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience will be preferred for the Manager position.
