About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineers with hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, retail fit-outs, AMC, and Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute operations and projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle AMC-related maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare BOQs, site measurements, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at project sites.
- Track project timelines and report progress to seniors.
- Assist in billing, estimation, and documentation work.
- Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Commercial fit-outs
- Retail fit-outs
- AMC projects
- Industrial Projects
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and relevant techical tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
