Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Support payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring and HR support.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR documents.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with job portals & recruitment platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
