- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
