● On-board high quality process associates(PA's) and Manpower vendors
● Ensure that the PA's are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric.
● Ensure delivery on SLA’s promised to the customer
● Restore operations to normalcy when things break
● Hire, coach and mentor a team of Supervisors, Process Associates & Associates.
● They control the P&L for their patch.
● They have to optimize the cost and increase overall efficiency.
● They are responsible for Implementing SOPs.
● They are responsible for growth of both the Revenue and the Net margin for their sites.
● Internally, they manage supervisors and collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Human Resources team.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 3 - 5 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business preferably with Amazon e-commerce warehouse handling experience.
● Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day.
● Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.
● Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
● Prior experience in an e-commerce warehouse operations role will be a big plus.
● Entrepreneurial – growth mindset, dynamic individual with positive outlook.
● Confident, highly motivated self-starter who is willing to get his/her hands dirty.
● Attention to detail with the ability to build relationships.
● Must demonstrate high levels of ownership, bias for action and problem solving.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
