Strong practical knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
Experience in IATF internal audits and customer audits
Strong knowledge of 6 Core Tools:
APQP
PPAP
PFMEA – AIAG/VDA
Control Plan
SPC
MSA
8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA and problem-solving
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and Six Sigma
Ability to use Pareto, Cp/Cpk, control charts, rejection/PPM analysis
Good knowledge of GD&T, drawing interpretation and inspection methods
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
