Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural assessments and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-to-one behavioural therapy for children with Autism, ADHD, GDD, and other developmental disorders.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain clinical documentation.
- Guide and counsel parents on behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant clinical experience.
- ABA or Behaviour Therapy certification/training is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of behavioural intervention techniques.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹9,938.94 - ₹40,000.00 per month
