Requirements
- Qualification - ANM
- Basic patient care and support skills
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred
- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
- Support nursing staff in patient monitoring and care
- Maintain cleanliness and patient comfort
- Observe and report changes in patient behavior or condition
- Help create a safe and supportive environment for patients
