Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations. The role also involves meeting coordination, maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, screening and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Support employee engagement and handle HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in administrative activities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- MBA in Human Resource Management
- Any recognized HR certification course (e.g., PGDHRM, SHRM, CHRM, etc.)
Experience:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 ( Pay structure varies with Performance)
