Global Education Pathways is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate will guide students through the study visa process, provide accurate information on overseas education opportunities, and ensure successful application and visa processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities in countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the complete admission and student visa process.
- Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist students in preparing SOPs, financial documents, and visa interview preparation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with universities, admissions teams, and visa processing departments.
- Keep up to date with immigration policies, visa regulations, and university admission requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in study visa counselling or overseas education consulting (freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).
- Knowledge of international admissions and student visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canada, UK, Australia, USA, or New Zealand student visas.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple student applications efficiently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
