Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior design and client communication,
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Planning
* Create detailed 3D models based on design drawings and concepts.
* Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings.
* Develop 3D walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
* Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately.
* Coordinate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements.
* Revise renderings based on client and design team feedback.
* Maintain rendering quality, consistency, and project deadlines.
* Organize and manage 3D model libraries and material databases.
* Suggest practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
* Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
Client Communication
* Meet clients to understand their requirements.
* Present design ideas and material options
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Render, Lumion, D5 Render.
* Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
* Knowledge of interior design and architectural detailing.
* Good visualization and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
*Ability to confidently interact with clients
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- 3Ds Max / Revit
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior design
