About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on *HR & Talent Acquisition Manager* with *8 to 10 years of experience* to lead our people strategy and recruitment engine. In this role, you will wear two critical hats: acting as the strategic architect of our talent acquisition pipeline, while simultaneously overseeing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.

End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, professional networks, Boolean search, and talent mapping to attract top talent.

Manpower Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pools for critical and niche skill requirements to support current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment campaigns, employee advocacy, and industry networking.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey through timely communication, professional engagement, and smooth onboarding processes.

Recruitment Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and hiring costs to improve hiring outcomes.

Onboarding & Employee Integration: Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee assimilation into the organization.

Performance Management: Manage appraisal cycles, goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop and execute engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure implementation and adherence to company policies, labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as a trusted HR partner by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

HR Operations: Oversee attendance management, leave administration, employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS processes.

Leadership Support: Partner with senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and people strategy initiatives.

Experience: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.

Education: MBA/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical, non-technical, and leadership hiring.

Sourcing Mastery: Strong expertise in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, and modern sourcing techniques.

HR Knowledge: Sound understanding of performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.

Technology Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms, recruitment tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Leadership Ability: Strong people management skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive HR initiatives independently.
