We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
Maintain good communication and build positive relationships with customers. * Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential business opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups. * Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets. * Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information. * Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
