One8 Commune is a premium lifestyle and hospitality brand known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and taxation compliance across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple outlets.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Generate outlet-wise sales, expense, profitability, and performance reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle GST reconciliations, return filings, and assessments.
- Manage TDS deductions, return filings, and related compliances.
- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Keep track of changes in tax laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Direct Taxation.
- Expertise in MIS Reporting and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Dashboards, Power Query, etc.).
- Experience in preparing and analyzing outlet-wise data reports.
- Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Master degree in Commerce , MBA Finance or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation role.
