Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses and career development programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding student onboarding.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment process.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
