Job Overview
Antigone Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to support the Finance and Compliance function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory filings, and effective coordination with auditors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants during audits.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance records and statutory documentation.
- Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- 4–6 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
- Experience in audit coordination and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience in handling Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Financial Compliance reviews.

The candidate should be capable of confidently handling auditor queries, regulatory requirements, GST matters, and financial compliance challenges while safeguarding the organization's interests

Mon-Fri 9 am to 5:30 PM
Sat 9 am to 2 pm
3rd Sat every month is off.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
