- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Bakery or Hotel Management
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel or food service industry.
- Teaching Experience preferred

- Conducting theory and practical classes in Bakery & Confectionery.
- Training students in modern baking techniques and industry standards
- Monitoring hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in training areas.
- Conducting regular quality checks, audits, maintain discipline and teamwork
- Conducting assessments, internal exams, and practical evaluations
- Ensuring proper storage and inventory control of raw materials.
- Preparing duty rosters and manage schedules.
- Preparing departmental budget.
- Controlling food cost, wastage, and inventory expenses.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
