We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the IT industry to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for IT roles
- HR operations and policy management
- Employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Performance management and appraisal process
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Training & development programs
- Compliance with labor laws and HR practices
- Compensation and workforce planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10–15 years of HR experience in the IT industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and recruitment tools preferred
