Position – Robotics Trainer/STEM/Innovation Coach
Location- Devanahalli, Anekal (Bangalore), Delhi, Nagaland.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing Skills Build program in schools.
- Making highly effective usage of Skills Build Platform in the school system.
- Effectively deliver the Skills Build training in Schools.
- Effectively plan and deliver Session on 21st Century Skills.
- Work with Schools to develop advance technology innovation projects.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, and social development.
- Managing all Skills Build activated schools and activities in the schools.
- Provide mentorship to the students to come up with innovative solutions.
- Train the teachers on advance technology and pedagogy.
- Conduction of professional development & advance technology workshops for teachers & Students.
- Effective and judicious usage of technology for the program.
Job Skills Required
Strongly believes in Maker Culture.- Have basic knowledge of cybersecurity, Data Science & AI.
- Must have good understanding of 8-bit Microcontroller Architecture.
- Must have good understanding of Digital/Analog Electronics.
- Hands-On experience with Programming.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical and Power Tools.
- Experience of working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Sensors, Actuators etc.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking and Computational Thinking.
- Strong Communication Skills as well as facilitation skills.
- 1-4 years of experience.
- B. Tech(ECE/E&E/ CSE/ ICR) BE / BSc /MSc Science/IT or MCA.
- Strongly believes in Maker Culture. Good understanding in Python and Machine Learning.
- Hands on experience with programming with understanding of design thinking and computational thinking.
- English, Hindi, Marathi and Local language.
- Prior experience as a trainer is preferred
