Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee overall dealership operations including sales performance and operational management
* Develop and implement strategies to improve business growth and customer satisfaction
* Manage and guide teams to achieve organizational targets
* Monitor operational efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
* Support senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making
* Maintain strong customer experience and operational standards
Eligibility Criteria:
*MBA from reputed institutes such as IIM, BHU, XLRI or similar universities preferred**
* Freshers with strong leadership potential may apply
* Experienced candidates with corporate or automobile sector exposure are also encouraged
* Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
* Leadership mindset with ability to manage teams and operations
Salary:
Around ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable) depending on qualification and experience.
