Spectra Solar Power is a fast-growing Solar EPC company delivering turnkey solar solutions for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Coordinator to support site execution, documentation, and coordination activities for our projects in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between site team, HO departments, vendors, and clients
- Track material dispatches, deliveries, and site inventory
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, DPRs, BOQs, and MIS reports
- Support installation, testing & commissioning coordination
- Monitor project timelines and flag delays or risks
- Coordinate statutory approvals, drawings, and site records
- Maintain manpower and vendor attendance records
- Ensure site activities are aligned with safety and quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
- 2–3 years of experience in Solar EPC / site coordination
- Working knowledge of solar modules, inverters, MMS, cabling, and earthing
- Proficient in MS Excel, email communication & MIS reporting
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
