Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Develop age-appropriate curricula that align with school standards, covering both foundational art techniques and art history.
- Skill Instruction: Provide hands-on demonstrations and individual guidance in drawing, sketching, painting, clay modeling, and paper crafts.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate students' artistic growth, grade projects, and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Classroom Management: Ensure a safe, organized environment while teaching students how to handle tools and art materials properly.
- Exhibitions & Events: Plan and organize displays, exhibitions, or cultural programs to showcase student artwork and build school spirit.
- Supply Inventory: Monitor the usage of art materials, source necessary supplies, and manage the classroom budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Art Education, or a closely related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
