Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and prior experience handling domestic and international tour packages.
Duties
- Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless service delivery
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding destinations, visas, and travel requirements
- Manage tour operations from inquiry to execution
- Maintain records and generate reports related to sales and operations
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tour Executive or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and basic travel booking software
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
