Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with a minimum of 3 years of corporate training experience to deliver high-quality training on Azure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires frequent travel across India to conduct training sessions at various client locations.
Responsiblities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive Azure training sessions for corporate clients across various industries.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, tailored to client needs.
- Hands-on Labs: Facilitate practical sessions on Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Security.
- Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees, addressing individual learning needs.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into training sessions.
Qualification and Skills :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure services, including but not limited to Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Security, and Azure DevOps.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Preferred Qualification:
- Additional Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ 104), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or similar.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in delivering training programs for sectors such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with emerging trends in AI tools, automation frameworks, cloud technologies, or blockchain integration with Azure applications.
