Role Objective
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant (EA). Unlike a conventional secretary, this role requires someone with the "get-it-done" spirit— resourceful, sharp, and capable of managing complex follow-ups and personal tasks with absolute integrity.
Key Responsibilities
· Dynamic Follow-ups: Act as the "right hand" to the MD, ensuring every task assigned to the team is tracked, followed up on, and completed.
· Data & Documentation: Manage reports, link sheets, and handle complex data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
· Operational Coordination: Bridge the gap between the MD and other department heads to ensure deliverables are met.
· Communication: Draft official letters, emails, and handle professional correspondence in excellent English.
· Personal Assistance: Manage the MD’s personal tasks and schedule with high levels of honesty and discretion.

Interview & Evaluation Framework
To ensure we find the right fit, the interview will be divided into three core pillars:
1. Background & Integrity Check
· The Journey: A detailed walkthrough of your life from birth, schooling, and career gaps. We look for honesty in timelines.
· Professional Trail: Deep dive into why you left previous roles and what your deliverables were.
· Reference Verification: We conduct strict landline-based reference checks with previous reporting managers to verify strengths, weaknesses, and reliability.
2. Skill Set Evaluation (The "Anne Hathaway" Test)
· Follow-up Logic: How do you maintain a growing task list? How do you ensure nothing falls through the cracks from Day 1 to Day 2?
· Conflict Management: How do you handle senior employees who might have "ego issues" or resist following up on tasks?
· Proactiveness: Examples of when you took responsibility without being asked.
3. Practical Technical Test
· Excel Test: A live exercise involving VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data linking.
