Business development Manager- Events

- Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and connect with potential corporate clients for event opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and industry connections
- Understand client requirements and position the company’s expertise in corporate and offsite events
- Drive end-to-end client acquisition by converting leads into confirmed business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track conversion metrics
- P& L Management: Manage the Profit & Loss of each account, ensuring projects are executed within budgets and meeting financial targets.
- Market Networking: Leverage and expand your network to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
Key Focus:
- Corporate & offsite event sales
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales within communication or branding + design. • Proven track record in generating revenue and managing accounts, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong network in the industry with the ability to open doors to new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strategic approach to client pitching.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
