Job Description :
As a Senior Architect at Intezine, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and design process for residential, commercial & redevelopment projects in and around Pune, India. You will work closely with our clients, design team, and local authorities to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet all regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Planning :
- Lead and manage the architectural planning process for residential projects from concept to completion.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design concepts that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications for residential buildings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that designs align with budgetary and scheduling constraints.
- Supervise the execution of architectural plans and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
Liasoning Process :
- Act as a liaison between the design team, clients, and relevant government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Navigate the Liaoning process efficiently, ensuring that all required documentation and paperwork are submitted accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local regulatory agencies to facilitate the approval process
Knowledge of Rules and Bye-Laws of PMC Pune City :
- Stay up-to-date with the rules, regulations, and bye-laws of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) pertaining to residential construction.
- Ensure that all design and planning activities comply with PMC guidelines and standards.
- Provide guidance to the team on regulatory compliance and zoning requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Registered architect with 4-5 years of experience in design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and UDCPR 2020
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities with the ability to lead a team.
