Business Development Officer
CIEL HR Services is hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of Business Development Officer.
Locations: Chennai – ECR, Anna Nagar, Pammal, Porur, Ambattur, Avadi, Saidapet, Tambaram & Velachery
Experience: Fresher – 3 Years
Department: Sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits and client networking.
- Build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors.
- Meet B2B and B2C customers to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team for quotations and project execution.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain customer relationships and update daily sales reports.
We're Looking For
- Any Graduate (Civil Engineering or Interior Design background is an added advantage).
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Experience in Building Materials, uPVC, Tiles, Paints, or Modular Furniture is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler license with a personal vehicle.
