Job Description: The candidate should have broad and deep experience in Business HR and have ability to operate in multiple industries’ process including Banking & Capital Markets, Travel and Logistics
- Excellent understanding of HR matrix and calculation
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on Excel
- Understanding of HR unit and function including C&B, HRSS, recruitment and payroll.
- Should be able to lead a span of 2500+ colleagues across 3 different verticals and multiple sites across Delhi – NCR region
- Ability to drive strategic people management solutions and build and run programs to have impact on engagement index
- Independently and confidently lead discussion with clients on people and talent management
- Drive effective cost measures and create opportunities to reduce employee costs and improve gross margin
- Strong understanding of Digital and AI learning curriculums and creating effective programs to up skill resources on Digital & AI
- Partner with business to drive people matrices like retention, diversity, CSR and People financial matrices
- Work in close coordination with legal, compliance and ethics teams to solve for employee gradiences and leadership escalations
- Build a strong reporting structure on people matrices and provide in-depth analysis
- Manage and lead team of Business HR partners
