Job Title: Head - Plant
Location: Chaksu, Dist. Jaipur
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head - Plant to oversee the overall Plant function for our vertically integrated Manufacturing Facility for HDPE Raschel Nets and advanced Shading Solutions. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience and approach in handling the overall plant with strong expertise in Quality, Production and Export products. The role requires strategic leadership, production, quality, implementation of systems, performance-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy
- Master at Planning, Organizing and Controlling various operations of the factory via centralized system of reporting.
- Mentoring, guiding and developing a structured team under him/her.
- Lead workforce planning, production and quality.
- Establishing and Implementing standardized systems in Quality, production and performance-based products.
Key Requirements:
- Production: Proven experience in working in industries like Netting, Knitting, Plastic, Tarpaulin, FIBC, Technical Textile etc and handling a large size Plant.
- Proven experience of maintenance of machines and way forward
· Quality: Standardized QA procedures for each stage of production, film
extrusion, warping, knitting, heat setting, rolling, fabrication and
packaging.
Leadership Skills: Ability to Control, Mentor & Manage various stakeholders in manufacturing plant and develop a team structure for long term stability.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging with senior leadership and plant leadership teams.
Preferred Background:
- Strong track record in managing a Mid-Size Plant with around 300-400 workers
- Experience of working in industries like Technical Textiles, Knitting, FIBC etc
- Experience of working as Plant Head in an Organised set up
- Knowledge of Plastic Industry and Textile Industry
- Have handled the Quality function and experienced in establishing SOP’s
- Established the best practices with more focus towards Quality function
- Have worked in a Performance based product organisation
Education:
· B. Tech in Textile or Plastic
Age:
Candidate should be between 45 to 50 years
Experience:
Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in a mid-size organised plant/setup. Should be willing to Relocate to Outskirts of Jaipur. 6 days working.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
