Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage and track action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation for board meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Handle office operations and ensure efficient flow of communication.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
