Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Shift Timings: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM / 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM
About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated who are interested in starting their career in email marketing and lead generation. This is a great opportunity to learn digital marketing skills, work closely with experienced professionals, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in researching potential customers and collecting contact data.
- Assist in creating and managing email databases for marketing campaigns.
- Learn how to send cold email campaigns and follow up with leads.
- Help in identifying and segmenting the right audience for each campaign.
- Work with senior team members to understand campaign goals and performance.
- Maintain and organize email inboxes for campaign tracking and lead replies.
- Learn how to generate leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills, especially in written English.
- Willingness to learn tools like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and handling data.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
- Any night shift experience is preferred. Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or project experience in digital/email marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, or Excel.
