Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Operator who is proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining digital records, entering and organizing data accurately, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fast and accurate typing and data entry work.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and databases.
Organize and manage digital records and files.
Prepare reports, tables, and summaries in Excel.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Handle basic email communication and document formatting.
Assist with other administrative and office tasks when required.
Required Skills
Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic reports).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize data efficiently.
Basic computer troubleshooting skills is a plus.
Qualification
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
0–2 years experience in data entry or computer operation preferred.
Freshers with good typing and Excel knowledge can apply.
