Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, audit coordination, treasury management, and ERP-based financial controls.
The candidate will work closely with senior management and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis, reporting, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury management in coordination with the Managing Director.
Manage fund planning and arrange funds by coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure proper accounting practices across the organization.
2. Budgeting, AOP & Financial Planning
Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in coordination with department heads.
Develop annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Monitor department-wise budgets and control costs.
Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct Variance Analysis for revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational costs.
Support business planning, expansion decisions, and financial strategy.
3. ERP & Data Management
Manage accounting and reporting functions using Tally ERP.
Generate, validate, and analyze financial reports and reconciliations from Tally ERP and Fleetoz systems.
Ensure data accuracy and robust internal financial controls within ERP systems.
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance finance operations.
4. MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports including financial performance summaries, profitability analysis, cost analysis, cash flow, and variance reports.
Present financial dashboards and key performance indicators to senior management.
Provide analytical insights and financial trends to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare board-level financial presentations and management reports.
5. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Review and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Manage ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings, annual returns, board resolutions, statutory registers, and other Companies Act compliances.
Maintain audit-ready statutory documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
6. Audit Coordination
Coordinate with Indian Statutory Auditors and UAE Statutory Auditors for timely completion of audits.
Handle Internal, Statutory, Tax, and Financial Audits.
Address audit observations and ensure timely closure.
Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and working papers.
7. Treasury & Fund Management
Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
Manage banking relationships and financial institutions.
Plan and arrange working capital and business funds as required.
Review bank reconciliations and optimize cash utilization.
Monitor investments, loans, and financial obligations.
8. Operational & Cross-Functional Support.
Work closely with Vendor Management, Purchase, Billing, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Review contracts, purchase orders, commercial agreements, and pricing from a financial and compliance perspective.
Support management in cost optimization, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure proper financial controls across all departments.
Skills & Competencies
Strong accounting and financial management knowledge.
Expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L) Management.
Budgeting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
Fund management and treasury operations.
Strong knowledge of Variance Analysis and financial performance reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS Reporting).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and audit methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
High integrity, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Candidate Profile
Education
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (Finance)
Experience
Minimum 6–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong experience in financial management, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and treasury.
Experience in ROC compliances, budgeting, AOP preparation, fund management, and financial planning.
Exposure to UAE accounting and compliance will be preferred.
Experience in the Transportation, Logistics, Mobility, Fleet Management, or Corporate Services industry will be an added advantage.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in Auditing.
2+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Mobility.
8+ years of experience in Budgeting, Strategy, and Financial Planning.
Strong experience in Tally ERP, MIS Reporting, P&L Management, Variance Analysis, ROC Compliance, Fund Management, and Statutory Compliance.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
