We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist guests with room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Explain room categories, packages, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain reservation records and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Professional attitude and pleasant personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front office operations will be an added advantage.
