We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate channel partner team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with real estate developers and clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful property sales.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties from partnered developers.
- Coordinate with real estate developers and builder partners regarding project updates, inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Partner Sales, or Property Consulting.
- Freshers with exceptional sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
