Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to customer queries related to our digital marketing services, and ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about our digital marketing services.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for service-related updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in digital marketing is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
