Job Title: Mother Teacher – Grades 1 & 2
Job summary: We are seeking caring, patient & dedicated Mother Teacher to support the holistic development of young learners in their foundational years. The mother teacher acts as a primary caregiver & mentor creating a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students in Mathematics, Science, English and Value Education.
· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
· Assess student understanding and progress through regular tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
· Provide individualized support and intervention to students as needed.
· Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
· Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
· Conduct classroom activities and lessons.
· Monitor and assess student progress.
· Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Required Qualification & SKILLS :
· Graduate or postgraduate with B.ed preferred
· Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in schools preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
